The problem

Contractor management was fragmented across departments and systems. No single source of truth. SAP was structurally out of sync, leading to errors in quote management and contract processing. Employees compensated with Excel and Outlook.

What was built

Three integrated Mendix portals: one for contractors, one for internal employees and a data layer connecting both. Real-time bidirectional SAP synchronisation and a dynamic quote wizard that structures and accelerates contract management.

The problem

Premium calculation was a manual and error-prone process. At the same time, six Mendix applications were running on outdated versions the organisation depended on but nobody understood well anymore. Technical debt was accumulating.

What was built

A new premium calculation application with end-to-end automated calculation. At the same time, all six legacy applications were upgraded to Mendix 9, including a MAUI Living Style Guide for UI consistency across all apps.

The problem

Booking train tickets across 30 European countries required one reliable platform robust enough for operational use but simple enough for travellers from all backgrounds. The existing system could not deliver this scale and usability.

What was built

A complete Mendix booking application with both e-ticket and paper ticket flows. Built with an Agile focus on usability and operational reliability, aligned to the complexity of international rail travel.

The problem

Caravankoopwijzer.nl was at risk of going offline due to an expiring vendor contract. ANWB had no internal Mendix capacity to rebuild, and the time pressure was high. Data loss was unacceptable.

What was built

Full rebuild of the platform with secure API data migration. Alongside the delivery, two ANWB employees were coached to independent Mendix capability so the organisation can manage the application itself.

The problem

An outdated WordPress CMS was a security risk and could not support the branded, interactive publishing flow two education organisations needed. Editors had no control over layout and could not add data visualisations.

What was built

A secure Mendix CMS with dual-brand theming for two organisations, a flexible component architecture and a built-in Plotly chart builder. Non-technical editors can now independently build and publish interactive publications.

✓ Full editorial control. Security risks removed. No more technical dependency.

The mobility platform for card usage at fuel and public transport had to be rebuilt. The existing architecture was not scalable and the user experience for employees and administrators was substandard.

A digital impact tool that models short and long-term financial consequences based on the personal situation. Built to make complex policy logic accessible for people in a vulnerable position.

The problem

An open source messaging service, developed with public partners, aimed at accessible implementation at municipalities. Focus on low technical barrier and demonstrable user preference over existing alternatives.
