Hacking Workshop

Participants step into the shoes of a hacker themselves. No IT knowledge required. They discover how attackers think, how social engineering works in practice and why technical security alone is never enough. Confronting, practical and focused on lasting behaviour change.

Co-facilitated with Mohamed Alkassab, work and organisational psychologist at Epahs. The combination of IT expertise and behavioural psychology makes this format unique.

For all employees, from reception to management. No technical background required.

Understanding how hackers operate psychologically, not technically
Recognising social engineering in your own day-to-day work
Behaviour change that sticks, not a compliance checkbox
Directly aligned with NIS2 security awareness requirements

Interactive exercises

Participants run exercises themselves that show how easy manipulation is. Confronting, but safe.

Real incident analysis (4-hr version)

Patterns from real cyberattacks connected to the organisation's own processes and habits.

Debrief and action plan

Participants translate insights into concrete behaviour changes they can apply the very next day.

AI in Your Organisation

How do you decide where AI genuinely adds value and where it's expensive noise? This workshop helps leadership teams make an informed decision on AI adoption. Not technical, not abstract. Focused on the decisions leaders actually need to make.

Participants leave with a decision framework they can apply immediately, a clear risk picture and concrete language for conversations with their tech team. Available in Dutch and English.

For leadership teams and IT managers. Most effective with mixed groups of business and tech.
